About

Altered metabolism significantly impacts the efficacy and resistance of cancer therapies. Our re-search focuses on metabolic drug targets, including ADME processes of drugs. Here, we investigate tumour heterogeneity and the role of metabolic cross-talk in the tumour microenvironment for therapy response (e.g. immunotherapy) through various spatial omics technologies in renal cancer as a model for metabolic disease. We aim to unravel the complex of metabolic characteristics and de-velop personalized treatment approaches to address distinct metabolic traits, ultimately enhancing patient outcomes.
